Target Group:
Persons who wish to become more confident when servicing customers and guests from abroad.


Course target:
To get an update on and clear guidelines for good etiquette and tone when dealing with customers and guests from abroad.

In order to target and adapt the teaching to the needs of the participants, every participant is tested before the course.

The course includes specific points, such as:

  • Learn ‘musts’ about politeness
  • Short conversations – how?
  • Telephone language
  • Vocabulary training
  • Small-talk
  • Dialogue and conversations based on participants’ own needs and experience
  • Cultural differences
  • Your organisation’s own area of expertise

  • Guest reception
  • Theory
  • Exercises


Training:
2 days = 20 lessons, from 9.00 – 16.30 hrs.
